To help communicate some of the new arrangements in practice that patients can expect on their next visit. The video is general in its approach. You can add your own logo at the beginning and your own practice contact details at the end of the video to personalise for your own practice. If you struggle with this, for a limited number of people our marketing team have offered their help to do this for you - please contact lukewren@hakimgroup.co.uk for further information. There is no cost for this (a contribution to our charity would be very welcome)  and we can only do this for a limited number of practices outside of our own HG independent practices.
